INGREDIENTS:
1½ lbs baby potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh thyme
2 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Roast for 35–40 minutes until crispy. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Thyme Herbal Tea
INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp fresh thyme or ½ tsp dried thyme
1 cup hot water
Honey and lemon (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS: Steep thyme in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Strain and add honey or lemon if desired.

Garlic Thyme Butter Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breasts, cubed
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear chicken until golden and fully cooked. Add butter, garlic, and thyme. Toss until coated and fragrant.

Creamy Thyme Mushroom Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz pasta
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp butter ~ 1 tsp thyme
1 cup heavy cream ~ Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS: Cook pasta according to package directions. Sauté mushrooms in butter until browned. Add garlic and thyme. Stir in cream and simmer 3–5 minutes. Toss with pasta and Parmesan.

1 tbsp butter

4 salmon fillets
