Slim TURMERIC Milk

WEIGHT-LOSS FRIENDLY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or other unsweetened plant milk)
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger (fresh grated or ground)
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, helps flavor without sugar)
  • 0–1 tsp honey or monk fruit/stevia (optional)

Optional metabolism-friendly add-ins

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (very small amount, helps blood sugar balance for some people)
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (mild thermogenic boost)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (adds fiber and keeps you fuller longer)

INSTRUCTIONSAdd almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper to a small saucepan. Warm gently over medium-low heat while whisking. Heat for about 5 minutes (do not boil). Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and optional sweetener. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.

TURMERIC Tea

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (2 inch) nub of Turmeric
  • 1 cup of water
  • OPTIONAL: Lemon, Orange or Ginger slices
  • Honey or Maple Syrup
  • Cinnamon Stick or Mint Sprig

INSTRUCTIONS: Slice turmeric into 1/4" circles. Mix turmeric and water in a pan on high heat. Bring mixture to a simmer & maintain for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a mesh sieve directly into a mug. Serve with Lemon, Orange or Ginger with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. A Cinnamon Stick or Mint Sprig to taste. Serves 2.

Melt & Pour Turmeric Soap

Prep Time: 10 miin.    Set Time: 3–4 hours (or overnight)INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb (2 cups) Goat Milk Melt & Pour Soap Base
  • 1 to 1½ tsp Turmeric Powder (for color & skin benefits)
  • 1–2 tsp Essential Oil (Cinnamon, Lemon, Orange, or Lavender)
  • Optional: 1 tsp Honey (for moisture)

INSTRUCTIONSCut the soap base into small cubes and place in a microwave safe bowl. Melt in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring between to prevent burning. Stir in the turmeric powder until completely combined. Add essential oils and honey if using. Pour the mix into soap molds. Spray the top with rubbing alcohol to remove bubbles. Let it stand at room temperature for 3–4 hours or until hardened. Gently remove the bars from the mold.

TURMERIC

Ginger Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt Grinder

INSTRUCTIONSIn a small bowl or jar, combine the olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Add the chopped shallot, honey, turmeric, ginger, and salt. Whisk (or shake, if using a jar with a lid) until the dressing is smooth and well blended. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately over salads, roasted vegetables, or use as a marinade.

STORAGERefrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Shake well before each use.

Homemade Mustard

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup mustard seeds (yellow for mild, brown/black for spicier)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • 1/4 cup water (adjust for thickness)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • (optional, for a honey mustard style)

OPTIONAL ADD-INS:

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric (color + earthy flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 fresh minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of paprika or cayenne (for heat)
  • Fresh herbs like dill or thyme.

INSTRUCTIONS: Soak the seeds. Mix mustard seeds, vinegar, and water in a jar or bowl.. Cover and let sit 24–48 hours (this softens the seeds and develops flavor).. Blend it: Pour mixture into a blender or food processor.. Add salt and any optional ingredients. Blend until you reach your preferred texture: Chunky: pulse lightly. Smooth: blend longer and add a little water if needed. Taste & adjust: Add more vinegar for tang. Add honey for sweetness.. Add salt or spices as needed. 

Rest the mustard: Put in a sealed jar and refrigerate. Let it sit 24 hours before using for best flavor.

STORAGE: Keeps in the fridge for 3–6 months. Flavor actually improves after the first few days

VARIATIONS: Honey mustard: add 2–3 tbsp honey. Spicy brown mustard: use mostly brown seeds + pinch cayenne. Herbed mustard: stir in chopped dill or tarragon after blending.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
  • ½ teaspoon ground Turmeric 
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinn (optional)
  • Pinch of black pepper (helps absorption)
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ cup milk or plant-based milk (optional, for creaminess)
