Classic Soft Herb Scrambled Eggs
Simple, fluffy, and fresh.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2–3 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk or cream
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp chopped chives
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp butter
INSTRUCTIONS: Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter over low-medium heat. Add eggs and gently stir slowly for soft curds. Stir in herbs at the end and serve immediately. Low heat = creamy, restaurant-style eggs.
Garlic Herb Scrambled Eggs
Bold and savory with a little kick.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2–3 eggs
- 1 tsp minced garlic (or garlic powder)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:: Lightly sauté garlic in oil. Add whisked eggs. Stir gently as they cook. Mix in herbs just before finishing. Pairs great with toast or roasted potatoes.
