Basil Tea

(Great for Digestion)

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup fresh basil leaves (or 1 tbsp dried)

2 cups water

Optional: honey or lemon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil water and pour over basil.

Steep for 5–10 minutes.

Strain, sweeten if desired and sip warm.
